I love my cocoon , but I have no idea how on earth to get videos to download properly onto the cocoon! I have quicktime but cant figure out how to download a music video onto it and sync it with my cocoon! does anybody else know?

Hello, my name is Richard and I am the Product Manager for the O2 Cocoon.
In order to put videos onto your Cocoon, you need to convert them to MP4 or 3GP. There are quite a few commercial tools out there to do this, but there are also some free ones.
Although I’ve not tried them myself, I’m told that Any Video Converter or MediaCoder (for Windows) and HandBrake (for OSX) are free and can do the trick.
As the O2 Cocoon screen is 240×320 (portrait) or 320×240 (landscape), don’t try and convert to anything bigger otherwise some of the picture may be clipped or distorted.
Once you have the file, connect your O2 Cocoon to the computer, select “File transfer” and then copy the file to the “Video” folder on the phone.

I've had my cocoon for a few months now, but a about 3 weeks ago I realised that it could no longer save the pictures that it took. I still have 1.5MB of memory left so it cant be because there is no... posted 26.04.08
Just got my cocoon, loving it right now. Nothing drastic has happened yet and may it stay that way. Only thing though, the phone was being hyped as a media handset yet the 2 speakers don't really kick... posted 25.04.08

I converted to MP4 direct from Quicktime, although the sound went a bit out of synch, the pre-installed vids are all 3gp, which is pretty bad quality, but the best you’ll get I reckon.
