I finally got the music uploaded, now the thing (cocoon) is not playing the music, just getting a repeated message on screen saying…Please Wait Updating Music Library. Has anyone else had this? This is the second cocoon i had and even the guys in the o2 shop can’t fathom this out! What the hell is wrong with this little critter??? My poor kid has been waiting for his phone for 2 days and i’ve had nothing but problems with it

Just got my cocoon, loving it right now. Nothing drastic has happened yet and may it stay that way. Only thing though, the phone was being hyped as a media handset yet the 2 speakers don't really kick... posted 25.04.08

If you use Windows Media Player to upload your music it shouldn’t take more than about 15 seconds for Cocoon to update its music library. If you have sideloaded a full 2GB onto a microSD card then it could take up to 10 minutes. When the “updating music library” message is shown an hourglass icon should also appear at the top. When the update has finished, this icon will disappear and you can play music on the device. If Cocoon still has the hourglass icon displayed after 20 minutes then it suggests a fault with the device and it needs to be returned to o2 for a replacement.
