ive bought an o2cocoon offfleabay and its got a message saying SOS in top left hand corner of the screen.and i cant make calls. help needed to sort it out

SOS means 999 calls only, basically you’ve either got no signal or your sim-card is incompatible or disabled. Best take it to an O2 shop, talk to the people in there.
