If you are looking for a phone with a wow factor then Cocoon does have a very stylish look, people always comment on it and the LED display and alarm clock function is unique. It’s got good music storage and the camera and video functions are OK . Some people have had issues setting it up but if you print out the pdf instructions on the disc it comes with it’s quite staright forward. So if you are interested in having something that looks great then it could be for you

To be honest i love mine, it has great capacity and for what i use it for is great. The only problem i have found is that it can be a little quiet, but apart from that i havent had any problems.

To be honest i love the look of the phone but have had sooooo many problems getting the thing to work in the first place. I bought it for my son’s birthday and had to take it back as it seemed to be stuck on updating music library. I got the second handset home and am experiencing exactly the same problem. I’d love to be able say that i love it but quite honestly at the moment….I HATE IT!!!

could anyone direct me to someone who will repair the screen of my cocoon has it has recently been damaged

I’d reccommend against it. I regularly want to thow mine at the nearest wall. Now I send less texts than I used to because it’s so fusking irritating to use.

Read the forums - it looks good, has cool blue lights on the front - and that’s it. You will be so annoyed by it’s myriad of faults you will send it back and get something/nay anything else. unless you just like the look… it’s so pretty… In conclusion - a one trick pony with less support and O2 really don’t seem to care about fixing it.
