i recieved this last week after having a advisor reccomend this to me, over the sony k810i - i was pessimistic at first but now i can see why they were raving on about it!!!! glad i went with there recomendation!!!! its a quality handset - looks fab in the dark with the led dispaly!!!! - great mp3 player and is very easy to use - top quality handset from o2 just like the service - BRAVO o2 - you’ve pulled this one off nicely!!!

This phone is a wast of money….get a sony erricson insted…I mean who is gonna pay £299.99 for it on pay and go???

It’s understandable that the phone will be considerered expensive if you are on pay as you go. Cocoon is free, however, on a £25 per month / 18 month tariff.
