My Cocoon seems to have a life of its own. Every couple of days i will take my phone out of my pocket to find it in the O2 arena mode, strange when im over 250 miles away. Also it likes opening up the music player randomly when i get calls or texts. Anyone else had these problems?

Just got my cocoon, loving it right now. Nothing drastic has happened yet and may it stay that way. Only thing though, the phone was being hyped as a media handset yet the 2 speakers don't really kick... posted 25.04.08

this sounds familiar, my cocoon is now on its third visit to O2 for having these problems, i’ve given up hope to be honest… talked to O2 a while back and theyve said new firmware won’t be made available, so the problems are here to stay.
