Thanks very much for your review Stephanie, a really great post.

You make some great comparisons:

“the back of the handset sports an LCD status/display area that lights up through the phone itself—kind of like a Japanese rice-paper Ikea lamp.” I never really thought of it like that, but spot on!

However, my opinions on the manual differ. Quite a few bloggers have mentioned the lack of a decent manual… If there was one, would you use it? Granted my parents wouldn’t know the first thing about how to use it but I think putting it on a cd is the perfect answer?

I’m also not too convinced by the ear phones dual-adapter. I think its a really nice touch, but would anyone actually use it? Seems like a lot of plugging and unplugging to me…
