iTunes issues
Hi, I have recently purchased the Cocoon and really like it as a phone. My only problem is I am an ITunes user so I have encoded all of my CD’s in AAC Format and ITunes have given them the extention .M4A. These files can’t be seen by Windows Media Player and if I put them on as files then the Cocoon won’t play them.
Is there anything I can do without making changes to my music files or do I just go back to my ipod?

Hi Paul,
iTunes can be used to synchronise Cocoon provided the music files are in MP3 or unprotected AAC format and users install a helper application called “SyncTunes”. Songs downloaded through iTunes are DRM protected and therefore will not work with Cocoon.
