<p><p>Sorry to hear you are having problems with MMS. Hopefully this will fix your problem.</p><br />
<p>Go into the main menu and then <b>Messages - Settings - Multimedia msg - Profiles</b> and make sure that you have the correct profile configured.</p><br />
<p>If you pay your bill at the end of the month then you want “O2 MMS Postpay” otherwise you should select “O2 MMS Prepay”.</p><br />

My mums cocoon doesn’t send or receive MMS too. Yet both me and my friend have upgraded to a cocoon and ours works fine.

Ive contacted O2 who have emailed me the setting to enter into the phone and they still don’t work. Out of the 3 phone we have between us. Only one works fine. The 2 that don’t both can send MMS but not receive. Also the 2 that are not receiving MMS are both upgrades using old SIM, where as the other one working ok has a new SIM as its a new contract, and help would be great.
