Well after receiving the handset this morning after wanting to try it out for a couple of weeks, it arrived!

First impressions are usually what make or break a handset for me and I am glad to say that the O2 Cocoon really did impress.

It arrived in a rather smart plain white box (akin to a chocolate box in dimensions) with embossed style lettering spelling the word HELLO. On opening the rather nice packaging I was pleasantly suprised to see what came with the handset.

Not just your bog standard cable charger and phone. Enclosed with the phone was the aforementioned standard bits and bobs, plus a very nice looking set of in-ear earphones, headphone adaptor (for using your own) a splitter to share your music and the ‘nest’.

The handset itself is very well designed. Smooth white plastic, with black sides and innards.

I’m looking forward to actually using the handset!
