Elegant phone but have some minor niggles

Hey everyone,
so far with the cocoon I’ve had a good time, mostly enjoying the phone and its features.
however, on my travels with it I have picked up a few minor niggles i was hoping someone could help me with:
1) will there ever be alternative themes for the menu?
2)is there any way to prevent the music player cutting the last second or so off of the songs?
3)does o2 have any support for the phone on their website? in my dealings with them I have been told to go to the shop i bought the phone from, they refuse to have anything to do with it…
other than these minor problems, a brilliant and elegant phone.

1) We cannot support themes on Cocoon at this moment in time although this is something that we are looking into for the future.
2) We’ve tested it and cannot reproduce the issue. Either the music they have is clipped at the last couple of seconds or they have a faulty handset. Can you ask for more info
