I have been having the same problem. When it’s sat in the nest, I know there is a connection as the blue light comes on to say it’s charging, but the computer tells me there is no connection. I can only get a connection to the PC if I plug the cable straight into the phone & waggle it about. Must be a fault with the pins in the craddle I reckon
