Hi - I’m in the process of sending my Cocoon back and getting another phone because (being a little on the older side?) I just can’t hear the phone - there is only one ring tone I can actually hear which is the one that sounds like an ordinary phone ringing. I can’t hear when a message comes in at all!
Can any one help out today or I’ll have to return it by tomorrow.

i have had to find music that is loud, i had savage garden Affirmation at first but couldnt hear it then changed to Valerie, Amy Winehouse and now i can hear it no probs, im 48 by the way.

I've had my cocoon for a few months now, but a about 3 weeks ago I realised that it could no longer save the pictures that it took. I still have 1.5MB of memory left so it cant be because there is no... posted 26.04.08
Just got my cocoon, loving it right now. Nothing drastic has happened yet and may it stay that way. Only thing though, the phone was being hyped as a media handset yet the 2 speakers don't really kick... posted 25.04.08

I guess you have tried increasing the volume settings - there is a loud mode - if you go into profiles select Loud, click options, then customise, you can then scroll down and increase the volume setting. If you still can’t hear it I guess a louder phone will have to do
