O2 blueroom

When I first bought the cocoon I loved it, it had everything I needed, but now I am starting to find a few faults.
1. I had made a custom SMS alert tone, I put it on the cocoon and set it as my alert tone, but then when I get texts it doesn’t play the whole tone, only the first few seconds of it, anybody have a fix?

2. My friends send me .jar games, the cocoon supports java games and apps, but when I try to open the file, it says file type not supported, again, anybody got a fix?

I love the new cocoon but have one question.
I have copied some dance albums onto the cocoon which are mixed and should go between tracks seemlessly however on the cocoon there is a gap between each track. Is there anyway of making albums play seemlessly?

I’ve managed to upload music onto my cocoon, but when I view it showing the album covers, some of them have the wrong ablum cover for the album. They all are correct on Windows Media Player though.

Any ideas?

But I need to put music on the phone via. the software but i can’t understand how?

Anyone have any idea how to get a replacement/additional nest? I want one by my bedside and by my PC at work but don’t want to have to keep taking it between the two, unplugging the cables etc.
