O2 blueroom

Anyone got any ideas as to why when I try to use video calling the phone tells me “video calling not available” do I have to set it up or something if so how do I do it

I’ve had my cocoon for a few months now, but a about 3 weeks ago I realised that it could no longer save the pictures that it took. I still have 1.5MB of memory left so it cant be because there is no memory left. Any ideas? Thanks.

Oh my god i cant beleive it the cocoon is finished will not be selling any more on the o2 online shops very dissapointed as was looking forward to getting one.

When I first got the phone I loved it,
But recently it’s been freezing not jus on the music but also on text messages and phone calls
does anyone know how to fix this??

i tried to register my o2 coccon but it wont let me, i see a lot of other people have the same prob, please help.
