The o2 website doesn’t recognice my IMEI number so I can’t register for the O2 Cocoon Owners section.
I’ve had my phone a week now so thought my IMEI number should be on record somewhere - but no! It keeps telling me to enter a valid cocoon number. Unless o2 supplied me with a dodgy phone I don’t know what else I should do.
And I stil don’t know how to add the open and close sounds? Anyone?

I’m having same problem - your site won’t recognise me IMEI number.
Also, have downloaded alternative sound for “message incoming” which phone plays but only shortened version and just once - how do I get it to play whole file?

Try just typing the numbers, not the dashes.
Also the open/closed sounds are linked to your keypad sounds (set at zero by default) - just raise the level (under profiles) and you should be okay
I had the same problem but this was resolved by 02 recognising my new sim card.

I've had my cocoon for a few months now, but a about 3 weeks ago I realised that it could no longer save the pictures that it took. I still have 1.5MB of memory left so it cant be because there is no... posted 26.04.08
Just got my cocoon, loving it right now. Nothing drastic has happened yet and may it stay that way. Only thing though, the phone was being hyped as a media handset yet the 2 speakers don't really kick... posted 25.04.08
